Yes there are restrictions. We do not rent Convertibles, SUV's, Luxury nor Specialty vehicles to anyone under 25 years old.

To rent vehicles, a valid driver’s license is required. The renter must be at least 21 years old and have a major credit card. If the renter is between 21 years of age through 24 years of age, there is an under-age fee.

Our vehicles may not leave the state of Florida. For local Florida residents, there is a mileage limit for vans, suvs and pick-up trucks.

A rental contract is a legally binding agreement between the primary driver and Royal Rent-A-Car. The primary driver must have a valid driver's license, and provide payment with a major credit card issued to his or her name. Therefore, you are not able to pay for another person's rental.

No. Towing is a violation of the rental agreement and is not permitted under any circumstances.

All rentals require a valid major credit card not attached to a bank account at the time of rental. You may however, make a final payment upon returning the vehicle with a debit card, check card or cash. Checks are not accepted.

Yes. Each driver must be present at time of contract, provide a valid driver's license, and meet the age requirements. There is an additional fee of $4.95 per day for each additional driver.

We require that our rental vehicles be returned during normal business hours.

All rented vehicles must be returned to Royal with a full tank of gasoline, or the customer will be charged a refueling fee.
